By using the Hucks Golf website or app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and approved by your group's organizer (DOG). You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.

What Hucks Golf is

Hucks Golf is a scorekeeping and organizing tool for private golf groups. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you play.

House rules

• Enter scores honestly and only for players you are authorized to score for.
• Your group's DOG sets game formats and handicap rules, and their decisions are final.
• Results lock once all scores are in and the game day ends.
• Be respectful in group notices and messages. No harassment, spam or offensive content.

AI features

The AI Cart Girls and scorecard reader can make mistakes. Check important information, and don't rely on them for safety decisions such as weather.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between players.

Apple

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no responsibility for the app or its support.
